  • Entered into our own private database to keep track of all advertising, showings, open houses and feedback.
  • You are now given exclusive access to your own website where you can find detailed progress reports on your listing and all the feedback from the buyers that viewed your home...Our 24/7 Real Estate Information Center will allow you to find out up-to-the-minute information about our marketing service activities for you.
  • Time set-up for photographing your home.
  • Lock box installed to provide easy access for the selling agents monitored by our front desk which logs in every name and number.
  • Showings begin!

Day Two of listing with Abby

  • Sign to be placed on your front lawn.
  • All potential buyers in our private database informed of your listing by phone calls.
  • We visit you to take photographs of your home.
  • We create a web-commercial for your home and e-mail it to everyone in our private database for best exposure of your home.
  • A professional colour feature sheet is created by our marketing department to be handed out to potential buyers that come through your home.
  • Showings continue.

Day Three of listing with Abby

  • We call all the agents who have shown your property the previous day and note the feedback into our listing services database to be reported to you.
  • Your home is advertised in the local newspaper as New Listing and Open House for the next weekend.
  • Your home is now on www.realtor.ca (former www.mls.ca )which is accessible to any buyer globally!
  • Your home is now on our website www.listedforsale.ca
  • Our company website www.remax.ca , the largest in Canada for real estate, also has your home on their website.
  • Showings continue.

Day Four of listing with Abby

  • We call all the agents who have shown your property the previous day and note the feedback into our listing services database to be reported to you.
  • An open house is scheduled for the public at your convenience to expose your home to a large potential buyer base.
  • Personal call or email from us to discuss feedback on previous day's showings.

Ongoing Services

  • You will be e-mailed with a user name and password that will allow you to access our 24/7 Listing Information Center Website, where you will find minute by minute update on every single marketing service activity we have provided to market your home.
  • Every two weeks you shall receive or view on our website an updated marketing report which includes all the marketing activities and the feedbacks on showings and open houses.
  • Open houses will be scheduled for the public at your convenience to expose your home to potential buyers. (every weekend for the first 3 weeks, if possible, every other weekend after that if we haven't sold your home yet.)
  • Every open house will be advertised in the local newspaper to attract potential buyers to your home.
  • We continously update the technology in our office to service you better.
