Day One of your home buying plan with Abby

 

On your first meeting with us you will be consulted on steps involved in home purchasing process and on the costs involved with this process.

  • We will determine your needs and your expactations from your new home.
  • We will explain the agency relationship and forms involved in this process.
  • We will address your concerns.
  • We will engage additional expertise if required. (mortgage specialist, lawyers, home inspectors, etc.)

Day Two of your home buying plan with Abby

  • Search and analysis process begins.
  • Your buying action plan will be entered into our private database to keep track of all the showings and your comments on the homes.
  • Selection of most suitable properties with alternatives will be e-mailed to you.
  • You will receive a phone call from us after you receive this e-mail to discuss details on these homes.
  • We will determine the most convenient time for you to view these selected homes.
  • Your information along with your home search criteria will also be entered into our database as preferred buyer client to allow you to receive every new listing in the specified area as soon as they are listed. (aprox. 48hr before they are uploaded onto mls.ca )
  • For every new listing that interests you, private showings will be booked at your most convenience.

Ongoing Services

  • If you are interested in a specific area to purchase a home where there are no-homes for sale, as your buyer representatives We will be calling all the home owners in the area to find motivated sellers.
  • When we list a house for sale that meet your search criteria as our preferred client you will be first to know about it.
  • We continously update the technology in our office to service you better.
